Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LittlePickle mobile app, website, and related services. By using LittlePickle, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LittlePickle. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

What LittlePickle provides

LittlePickle provides tools for managing local pickleball leagues, court queues, player rotations, match recommendations, scores, profiles, and ratings. Recommendations and ratings are organizational tools, not guarantees of court availability, match quality, skill level, or safety.

Court rules, facility policies, league decisions, and in-person conduct remain the responsibility of the relevant facility, league administrators, and players.

Accounts and shared player records

You are responsible for information and activity submitted through your device or administrator login. Keep verification codes and login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Player profiles are shared league records. League participants may be able to select and manage the same player in a live queue. Do not create, edit, or use a player profile without permission, and do not impersonate another person.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use LittlePickle for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Harass others, impersonate a person, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to access data without permission.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt LittlePickle.

Your content

You retain ownership of names, photos, and other content you submit. You give LittlePickle a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection of users. We do not promise that LittlePickle will always be available or error-free.

Account suspension and deletion

We may suspend access for material or repeated violations of these Terms, security risks, or misuse of the service. You can separately delete your authentication account or a shared player profile from the app. See our Account Deletion page for details.

Third-party services

LittlePickle relies on third-party infrastructure for functions such as authentication, data storage, hosting, and email delivery. Those services may be subject to their own terms. The Apple standard end-user license agreement also applies to the iOS app unless a different agreement is presented in the App Store.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LittlePickle is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LittlePickle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continuing to use LittlePickle after updated Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
